Position overview

The Talent Acquisition Manager for the AMS region will play a critical role in supporting Solmax's talent acquisition strategy. Reporting to the HR Director - AMS, this role involves defining and maintaining recruiting processes, supporting both hourly and salaried hiring efforts, and educating HR leaders on recruiting processes and techniques. Additionally, the Talent Acquisition Manager will provide interview training and guidance to our leaders and ensure ongoing compliance with acquisition practices. This role also includes supporting employee branding initiatives to enhance Solmax’s reputation as an employer of choice.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies aligned with Solmax’s business goals.

  • Partner with leadership to forecast future talent needs.

  • Establish and maintain consistent recruiting processes across the AMS region.

  • Continuously improve recruiting processes for efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for hourly and salaried positions, including sourcing and onboarding support.

  • Utilize various platforms to attract a diverse pool of candidates.

  • Manage UKG Pro ATS integration and external recruiting agency relationships.

  • Support employee branding initiatives and ensure compliance with employment laws.

Qualifications and skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, focusing on both hourly and salaried recruiting, as well as employer branding.

  • Proven experience in developing and implementing talent acquisition strategies.

  • Experience with UKG Pro Applicant Tracking System (ATS)

  • Strong knowledge of recruiting processes, tools, and techniques.

  • Excellent training and presentation skills/strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
