Solmax is gearing up for a new growth cycle

Over the past 40 years, Quebec-based Solmax has established itself as the global leader in
geosynthetic products. Over that time, geosynthetics have grown into an essential material for constructing sustainable infrastructure. Today, Solmax stands as a robust company, poised for a new cycle of growth.

In this context, the President and CEO, Jean-Louis Vangeluwe, along with the board of
directors, have agreed to organize a leadership transition to bring fresh perspectives to the
organization’s activities and its future.

With a shared sense of pride in the company’s achievements and confidence in its future, this leadership transition is approached with a spirit of collaboration. Vangeluwe will remain with Solmax until the end of 2024, allowing the board of directors ample time to conduct an international recruitment process to find his successor.
