GSE HX
Previously Sekoia
Our GSE® HX liner series is a high-density polyethylene (HDPE) geomembrane designed for durability and longevity. Its exceptional resistance and stabilization properties make it one of the most durable liners available. The GSE HX series is specifically engineered for the harshest applications such as mining and chemical solutions. It comes in various colors, such as white for a solar reflective upper surface. The geomembrane can be textured on the upper surface, lower surface – or both – to provide increased frictional resistance. The bottom surface can also include a conductive layer to support liner integrity surveys after installation.
GSE HX is widely used in the toughest conditions due to its proven chemical resistance, durability, and low permeability. Its chemical resistance is particularly beneficial in applications involving harsh chemicals, such as mining heap leach and tailing facilities, hazardous waste landfills, and most chemical containments. GSE HX uses premium-grade HDPE resin specifically engineered for remarkable stress crack resistance and flexibility. The GRI GM 13 specification requires a minimum of 500 hours to failure – our premium-grade GSE HX exceeds 1,000 hours without failure. The material is free of fillers and nonessential additives, ensuring the highest performance.
GSE HX includes a specially engineered additive package to maintain superior mechanical properties, resisting degradation from harsh chemicals, elevated temperatures, and UV exposure.
