Position overview
The FP&A Analyst will report directly to the Head of FP&A – AMS Region and play a key role in supporting financial planning, reporting, and analysis for the region. This position will be responsible for providing insightful financial data, identifying trends, and assisting in the development of strategies that drive business performance. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and proactive in identifying financial risks and opportunities. Key responsibilities
Financial Planning & Forecasting:
Assist in the preparation of the annual budget, long-range financial plans, and quarterly forecasts.
Support scenario analysis and financial modeling to assess the impact of strategic initiatives.
Provide variance analysis to compare actual results against forecasts and identify key drivers.
Financial Analysis & Reporting:
Develop and maintain financial dashboards, reports, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to support decision-making.
Conduct profitability and margin analysis by product line, business unit, or customer segments
Business Insights & Decision Support
Qualifications and skills
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Administration, Economics, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or a related role- preferably within a manufacturing organization
Strong analytical and financial modeling skills with a high proficiency in Excel, Power BI and financial planning tools.
Experience with ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, or similar) and financial reporting tools.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to translate financial data into actionable insights.
