Position overview
Responsible for Lead the rotating shift operation teams, ensure all daily production objectives are safely achieved. Participate in long term improvement initiatives. Instill lean daily management and continuous improvement culture. Keep safety a priority. Motivate, educate, and provide adequate support to improve employee competency.
Key responsibilities
Assist the Production Manager in overseeing daily production operations.
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in all production activities.
Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce losses.
Maintain and troubleshoot production machinery and equipment
Monitor production schedules and adjust as necessary to meet deadlines.
Collaborate with the tram to ensure minimal losses.
Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and provide technical support and training to production staff.
Assist in the development and implementation of new production processes and focus on processes involving plastic film processing and compounding.
Qualifications and skills
Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Chemical, or a related field)
2+ Years of experience in production or manufacturing environment, specifically in plastic film processing and compounding.
Strong understanding of production processes, quality control, and maintenance.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Proficiency and able to relocate to Rayong Area (Nikompattana District)
Competent in managing Quality Systems, Total Productive Maintenance and Kaizen.
Team management and able to travel.
